* Bump version number.
* Correct sim/model/fallback-model-index. Tentatively fall back on to the Bravo
which is externally identical to the Citation II; I have requested removal of
the redundant AI Citation II model from fgdata.

Mirage-2000: add sim/model/fallback-model-index (fall back on the F-16 as there is no AI Mirage-2000).
