Citation II 4.1.5: make the DME instruments dimmable.

Add a red glass panel on top of the DME instruments (also visible with
reflected sunlight) like on the altitude alerter. Animate the dimming
knob. Remove leading zeroes from the time-to-beacon in minutes.

Magcompass has now the white ball. Model is reworked and now has a glass.
Renamed compass.png to magcompass.png for consistency.

Citation II 4.1.2: make the altitude alerter dimmable

The altitude alerter (where the pilot selects the target altitude of
the autopilot) now has a red glass windod in front of it, visible with
reflection of sunlight. The DIM knob now works.

to detail.

dhc2: bug fix: make water rudders steer in the correct direction.

Also, animate the rudders correctly.
