* change the behavior of throttle lever so that user with joystick have
the full range from IDLE to FULL mapped on the hardware.
* changed the key for release-trigger/cutoff-lock to Ctrl-o (was End,
missmatch with elevator trim).
* the exterior model was massively overhauled:
- engines are rounded (was a little bit too angular)
- reverser doors now deploy natural with linkage (Citation II only)
- the end nozzles have a normal paintable cover (Sierra Super II only)
- the engines have a drainage pipe on the bottom inside a duct
- engines have an opening for cooling air on the front
- openings for cooling air have a small air duct (Citation II only)
- all gears are reworked with all moving parts and doors
- adjusted flaps and ailerons to fit the right size
- added trim areas (left aileron, right elevator and rudder)
- added white position light
- added air duct on root of vertical stabilizer
- cleanup of double vertices (have avoid smoothing)
- downside of wing root are now mapped from the down view of UVmap
(less distortion)
- shift downview of UVmap 100 pixel down (space for wing root)
- changes applied on all liveries and normalmap
- position lights are now procedural lights with ALS
- position lights have a corona that fits better the angle of view
(110° / 110° / 140°) with default renderer or Rembrandt
- beacon light is now a billboard and looks nice from all viewpoints
