Citation II: minor bug fixes and enhancements

* Citation-II-common.xml: de-duplicate the sim/aircraft-data XML entity to
repair recording of said data.
* Models/Citation-II.xml: make the cabin door clickable.

* Added a hyperlink to the Citation's Wiki-page to Citation-Menu.
* Fixed some issues on the interior models. The seam between cabin.ac and flightdeck.ac had some holes.
* Added a Refreshment Center to cabin. Todo: Handles for the doors and panels, lines to mark the doors etc, maybe new texture
* expanded the help dialog and fixed some case errors. (Ctrl-B could be misinterpreted as Ctrl-Shift-b)
