SaabJ35F: minor bug fix in fuel system

* Nasal/SaabJ35F.nas: bug fix: approximately one minute after manual start, the engine
would starve and quit. Now manual start works.
* SaabJ35F-set.xml: Name fuel tanks. Hide the two collector tanks.
