CRJ700-family: change property for valid aircraft dir.

sim/aircraft will fail to point to the correct livery location when using the launcher version since it will return "org.flightgear.fgaddon.CRJ700", this will prevent livery init, will also prevent any other methods in effects.nas from loading.

CRJ700-family: Fix opaque light volumes.

- Added rembrandt property conditions for light volumes, this prevents
light volume object from appearing opaque aircraft for some hardware combinations in classical/ALS.
