Lockheed1049h version 3.0.2: bug fix in the engineer Nasal code.
* Nasal/L1049h-dual-control.nas (copilot_connect_pilot): create some pilot property nodes that no longer exist in 2017.2 by default, viz. controls/engines/engine[*]/propeller-pitch.
