Citation II: add a retractable ladder to the cabin door

Yet another great collaboration between chrisblues (3D modeling) and
myself (animations). Now, when the cabin door opens, a new ladder
extends and ropes appear, securing the ladder to the fuselage, as in
real life.

Citation II: add underwing speedbrakes and corresponding animation.

The speedbrakes are from chrisblues, the animation from Ludovic Brenta. Good team work!
Still to do: the actuation rods for the speedbrakes and reducing vertex count.

Citation II: replace rotate+pick animation combos with knob animations

This makes shift+left click, shift+right click available, unifies the user interface for
all knobs across aircraft and removes 300 lines of XML from the Citation II.

minor bug fix: let all cowl flap switches spring back to neutral
position after 0.5 second.
