F-14 : Fix incorrect pitch behaviour with -ve alpha values at low offset CG ranges.
The pitching moment has been revised for -ve alpha; the original data only went to 0 alpha, and the interpolated values were previously wrong and would cause an excessive pitch down when pushing forwards with CG near to the aero reference point.
