Lockheed1049h: replace rotate+pick animation with knobs.

Replace hand-crafted and non-standard rotate+pick animation combos
with standard knob animations. This makes two new actions possible:
shift+left click for fast (x10) increase, shift+middle click for fast
decrease. The existing actions remain possible: left click for
increase, middle click for decrease, mouse wheel down (!) for
increase, mouse wheel up (!) for decrease.

This also reduces the size of the XML files by 400 lines.
