Commit [r282] Maximize Restore History

Lockheed1049h: replace 2D hotspots on the glareshield (ADF, DME selectors) with pick animations.

* Panels/panel_arch.xml: delete.
* Models/Lockheed1049h_Panels.xml: do not load the above.
* Models/Instruments/swplate_voradf.xml: add pick animations toggling properties.
