Lockheed1049h: replace 2D hotspots with 3D pick animations on the front instrument panel.

* Panels/panel_main.xml: delete.
* Models//Lockheed1049h_Panels.xml: do not load the deleted panel anymore.
* Models/Instruments/ai.xml,
Models/Instruments/ai_j8.xml,
Models/Instruments/alt.xml,
Models/Instruments/clock_adjustable.xml,
Models/Instruments/compass_mdu_with_hdg.xml,
Models/Instruments/marker_beacons.xml: add pick animations on knobs and switches.
