Reset to functional version. Please do not use the 707 as a game meadow. She is one of the cool things here in flightgear.

707: bug fix: consistently use controls/lighting/*

Autostart, flight recorder, and 707-common.xml use controls/lighting/*
directly; some other files used controls/lighting/switches/* instead,
or even a mix of both in Nasal/electrical.nas.

Also, eliminate landing-lights[3] from mk-707.nas, not used anywhere.
