B1900D: assorted bug fixes.
* Systems/fuel.xml (JSBSim only): fix that the main tanks would continue to feed
the collector tanks even when empty, leading to infinite range.
* Nasal/systems.nas: replace settimer loops with fixed-frequency maketimer loops.
* b190common.xml: add support for limits; add weight and speed limits.
Also factorize the loading of nasal modules.
* b1900d-set.xml, b1900d-ysm-set.xml: loading of nasal modules factorized above.

707: minor cleanup in fuel-and-payload.nas
* make the crossfeed flow per tank configurable through a property.
* prevent crossfeeding more fuel than a sending tank contains (defensive code,
I'm not entirely sure this is necessary).
* /b707/fuel/automatic-management: new; if true, switch all boost pumps to on
automatically whenever all sending tanks are empty.

707: do not pollute the property tree of remote aircraft over multiplayer.

Use relative property path names everywhere except in the FDM and
systems that are loaded only when the 707 is the local aircraft. The
absolute property names in the model .xml files used to pollute the
property tree of all other aircraft over MP, now they are all under
/ai/models/multiplay[x]/.

Diamond-Da42: we have Diesel engines, so no spark plugs or magnetos. Make the two
engine master switches toggle the "magnetos" for the YASim FDM.

ATR-72-500: bug fix: honor the option to show or hide landing and taxi light cones

Models/Lights/landing-stbd.xml: delete.
Models/Lights/landing-port.xml: rename to landing.xml and use a parameter property.
Apply the select animations to the Cone-texture object too; this fixes the bug.
Models/ATR-72-500.xml: use an overlay to pass the appropriate property as parameter.
Models/Lights/taxi.xml: apply the select animations to the Cone-texture object too.
