MFI-9B: Updated hydrodynamics.

+ Updated the hydrodynamics with higher resolution buoyancy tables.
+ Fixed a sign problem in the hydrodynamics roll channel.
+ Replaced hydro/hull-length-ft by metrics/hydro-length-ft.
+ Restored the ASI included from the c172p to working order.
