Carb heat: change from h to H, making the built-in HUD functional again.
Increase panel lights: change from ( to > for compatibility with the pa24-250
(which already uses ( and ) for other lights).
Decrease panel lights: change from 9 to <, making throttle up functional again
on numeric keypads and compatible with the pa24-250.
