* Fix malformed common xml that was preventing inclusion into launcher
* radar, armaments updated from Nikolai
* -D canopy geometry rework
* 3d model 1sided (and fixes)
* damage (terrain collision, armaments added)
* Execrate of less important systems reduced
* VSD support for 21 targets
* Contact visibility on VSD, TEWS improved
* Support for new ALS HUD rendering added (disabled until 2017.2)
