GUI: Added 3 thumbnails for new launcher in FG 2017.1.1
Control: Made pitch control be normal based, as per diagrams of real Viggen FCS.
Sim: Blackout code now respect default blackout if FG version is 2017.1.0 or larger.
Sim: Increased G to 8, before FG complains that you are overpulling Gs. Negative set to -2.
Sim: Tuned altitude A/P.
Effect: Wingtip vapour is now from canards.

Pup 0.26.0: Major FDM rework

* Aerodynamics regenerated with Aeromatic++ 3.3.8
* Propellers modelled with JavaProp for correct pitch and static RPM
* Drag tuned to match quoted TAS at various altitude and RPM
* Engines tuned to match quoted fuel flows and static RPM
* Instruments adjusted to engine limits

Pup 0.23.1: Fix bug with pointmass weights

Version 0.22.2 introduced a bug with the way fuel and payload items are
mapped onto JSBSim pointmass weights. If you are using any of the Beagle
Pup models, you should delete the saved aircraft data in
FG_HOME/aircraft-data/pup*.xml to avoid unexpected CoG changes when changing
payload weights.

* I have now made the MPO switch in the FCS, it was hard to test though, since its not so easy anymore to get into deep stall, it did seem to work though.
Even with MPO the plane still have to be above 29 deg AoA for it to override normal FBW.
* Put the refuel door at key 'r', since that seemed free, if you don't like that, can ch
ange it.
* Updated some things in the FCS from TP-1538 control system, so when you fly F-16 its now very hard to enter a spin when in deep stall. Its still easy in YF-16, as AD-A-055417 FCS doesn't protect against that. The difference is controlled by the property fcs/fly-by-wire/prototype which is set in bottom of the -set files.
