* I have now made the MPO switch in the FCS, it was hard to test though, since its not so easy anymore to get into deep stall, it did seem to work though.
Even with MPO the plane still have to be above 29 deg AoA for it to override normal FBW.
* Put the refuel door at key 'r', since that seemed free, if you don't like that, can ch
ange it.
* Updated some things in the FCS from TP-1538 control system, so when you fly F-16 its now very hard to enter a spin when in deep stall. Its still easy in YF-16, as AD-A-055417 FCS doesn't protect against that. The difference is controlled by the property fcs/fly-by-wire/prototype which is set in bottom of the -set files.
* Factored out the FCS system

Nikolai reminden me that the way the horizontal tail was scaled also influenced total force and moments. This version fixes that.

Update to the latest Aeromatic++ version based on more accurate data

Move the current f16 FDM to f16-simplified and adopt the YF-16 FDM for the f16 (with the enlarged horizontal tail)
