Pup 0.22.2: CoG and inertia adjustments

* CoG now uses weight of the different engines on the same airframe.
* Inertia (ixx, iyy, izz) regenerated using Aeromatic for 150 and 160 models.

Changelog:
- Fixed that HUD horizon line would not be on horizon. It now also factor in if you adjust the seat position.
- Fixed that HUD horizon line and pitch lines would rotate around incorrect center.
- Fixed that squares around MP/AI aircraft in HUD would not be centered on them.
- Fixed that MFD would disable fuel and equipment dialog.
- Added Cm due to TEF.
