FlightGear - Flight Simulator FGAddon

A number of updates berfore the new release:
- Made afterburner sound more quiet inside cockpit
- Added rain sounds
- Added g-force breathing sounds
- Added sound when wheels touch down
- Added key for opening refuel door (and FBW react to this at low speeds)
- Made stall warning sound work
- Made variant name show in MP depending on what you fly
- New livery
- Refactored some coefficients.
- Added paintkit
