* HSI: Independently drive the HSIs from either NAV.

* RMI: Update the model file Citation/Models/Instruments/rmi.ac, now has
indicators for both channels VOR/NAV and radio-contact, also the buttons are
now separated from the bezel-object.

* RMI: both needles switchable between ADF and NAV1/2.

* RMI: Animate the arrows indicating, for each needle, which of VOR or ADF is
selected.

* RMI: Make the small white triangle appear next to the switches whenever the
selected input is in range. (This uses the Nasal technique explained by
Torsten Dreyer of aliasing and unaliasing properties dynamically).

* Clean-up: Remove empty Nasal/citation.nas

Update by Ludovic Brenta: Mostly work on A/P, also performance, introduce Sierra Super II, a aftermarket mod of the Citation II! Simply put - new engines. And some minor bugfixes. Thanks a lot for his nice work!

Effect: Tyresmoke now follows the gear wheels when they get compressed.
Engine: At reinit the thrust will now be set to forward.
