F-16: Add MFD (left, right) and HUD

The MFD use the generic PFD_device together with Emesary notifications to integrate with the main loop (exec.nas).

The MFD has :

- Armament (F-15, needs updating)
- SIT (NavDisplay map)
- VSD (F-15 based, needs update)

Also added radar and removed the custom XML HUD from the set file.
