MiG-15 version 3.2.2: Update documentation

* Add drop tank indicator light and switch to the english
documentation pdf.

the htail area was too large in the previous run

bf109: bug fix: the manual engine startup procedure would not work
due to a misnamed property.

bug fix: when attaching drop tank, the drop tank would be selected
but the fuel selection lever would not move. Now, the drop tank is
no longer selected, requiring the pilot to move the lever manually
and ensuring consistency between lever and selection of fuel tank.

Replace the settimer() main and update_mp_props loops with maketimer().

MiG-15 version 3.2.1: Add the drop tank fuel level indicator light
[This is a dummy commit providing the comment that is missing on the
previous one]

* Add an indicator light and a switch to the lower central panel. The
bulb will light up if the drop tanks are empty (or engine speed is <
6500RPM). See the <?> help text.
* Increased minor version number because new cockpit element were introduced.

Models/Instruments/Headsight/MiG-15bis-Headsight.xml:
replace calls to MIG15BIS.switchswap() with property-toggle, property-interpolate
and MIG15BIS.clicksound().
* MiG-15bis.nas (switchmove, timedswitchmove, switchinit, switchswap, switchback,
switchfeedback, smartinterpolation): delete.
(stop_gearindicator, gearindicator, init_gearindicator): delete.
(init_altimeter, init_altlamp, init_flapslamp): delete.

MiG-15 version 3.1.23: remove more Nasal and replace with simple animations

* Nasal/MiG-15bis.nas (altimeter lamp): remove, not used anywhere
(realelectric): replace repeated calls to settimer() with a single
call to maketimer().
(flaps lamp): remove.
* Models/Instruments/MiG-15bis-Flapslamp.xml: use
surface-positions/flaps-pos-norm and other properties directly instead
of instrumentation/flaps-lamp/lamp-ligth-norm (sic).
* Models/Instruments/MiG-15bis-Flapslamp.ac: remove emission from the
Plate.001 material so that the lamp is unlit by default.
