due to a misnamed property.
bug fix: when attaching drop tank, the drop tank would be selected
but the fuel selection lever would not move. Now, the drop tank is
no longer selected, requiring the pilot to move the lever manually
and ensuring consistency between lever and selection of fuel tank.
Replace the settimer() main and update_mp_props loops with maketimer().
