MiG-15 version 3.1.24: replace more Nasal with simple animations

* Models/Instruments/Gascontrol/MiG-15bis-Gascontrol.xml,

Models/Instruments/Headsight/MiG-15bis-Headsight.xml:
replace calls to MIG15BIS.switchswap() with property-toggle, property-interpolate
and MIG15BIS.clicksound().
* MiG-15bis.nas (switchmove, timedswitchmove, switchinit, switchswap, switchback,
switchfeedback, smartinterpolation): delete.
(stop_gearindicator, gearindicator, init_gearindicator): delete.
(init_altimeter, init_altlamp, init_flapslamp): delete.

333 more lines of Nasal deleted :)

MiG-15 version 3.1.23: remove more Nasal and replace with simple animations

* Nasal/MiG-15bis.nas (altimeter lamp): remove, not used anywhere
(realelectric): replace repeated calls to settimer() with a single
call to maketimer().
(flaps lamp): remove.
* Models/Instruments/MiG-15bis-Flapslamp.xml: use
surface-positions/flaps-pos-norm and other properties directly instead
of instrumentation/flaps-lamp/lamp-ligth-norm (sic).
* Models/Instruments/MiG-15bis-Flapslamp.ac: remove emission from the
Plate.001 material so that the lamp is unlit by default.

164 lines of Nasal removed :)

MiG-15 version 3.1.22: simplify the way the fuel gauge works.
Replace lots of Nasal with simple animations. This fixes a bug whereby, when
drop tanks were selected, the fuel gauge would indicate twice the contents of
the main tank. And another unit conversion bug.
