Commit [r2006] Maximize Restore History

DHC6: Add and animate the circuit breakers on the center console C/B panel.

Also store their position between sessions and include them into checklists and tutorials
As of yet they don't have any impact on any system, instead they're just there and look nice. But it's one first step.
