New model : Heinkel He 111 Z

DHC6: Add and animate the circuit breakers on the main C/B panel.
Also store their position between sessions and include them into checklists and tutorials
As of yet they don't have any impact on any system, instead they're just there and look nice. But it's one first step.

DHC6: Caution test switch activates stall warning

DHC6: Include the "stepProps()" function from $FGData/Nasal/controls.nas, in systems.nas because my commit r1990 broke the flap function for joysticks.

DHC6: Small fix for engines and engine instruments:
- Idle Propeller RPM is somewhere around 23%, hence I reduced fine-stop to 0.2. (see http://www.blm.gov/style/medialib/blm/nifc/av.Par.70826.File.tmp/SOPA_otter.pdf, page 12)
- Idle Gas Generator RPM is aprox. 50-52%. (see http://www.cram.com/flashcards/twin-otter-dhc6-300-1980260)
- This aircraft has only "Condition OFF" or "Condition ON". So now the condition levers con occupy only the "on" and the "off" position.
- Animate the small indicators on Propeller RPM and GG RPM.

mosquito: add a menu item to repair the aircraft in flight, for beginners and cheaters.

mosquito: make the fuel cocks visible in the bomber variant.
* Models/mosquito.ac: move the back of the navigator seat aft so that
the fuel cocks become visible and accessible.
* mosquito-common.xml (sim/help/text): Add engine startup and other
instructions.
* mosquito-yasim.xml: the engines are supercharged, not turbocharged.
* Nasal/failure.nas: make the copilot tell what happens to the aeroplane.
