MiG-15bis v3.1.21: Minor edits.

* Fuel gauge always indicates contents of tank 1

MiG-15bis v3.1.20: Realistic fuel consumption and fuel system.

* Added a section to Systems/Engine.xml which calculates the current
fuel flow using tables derived from the MiG-15 manual.
The results are written to /fdm/jsbsim/fuel/.
* Fuel efficiency and current range is also calculated, so engine
performance can be easily compared to the manual.
* Add a realistic fuel distribution system in /System/Fuelsystem.xml so
the changes in CoG-position during flight match the literature.
* Remove old fuel system in Nasal/MiG-15bis.nas
* Updated sources list in MiG-15bis.xml
* Help file edits
