Pup 0.20.0: Add starter panel to cockpit

Fuel gauge moves from panel to its proper place

Pup 0.19.0: Add fuel tank selector in cockpit

Pup 018.0: Add option to spin down directional gyro

Loses offset after loss of suction and has to be realigned. This is
an optional feature enabled in preferences.
