EC135 P2: delte model file GTX330/GTX330.bac

EC135 P2: contribution by Sebastian Dietrich with improvment to GTX330 transponder. The mode of operation is indicated. This is set via the dialog Radio frequencies. The FLIGHT TIME is shown and linked to the stopwatch already available in the Equipment menu. The transponder code would be shown, if it was set correctly by the Radio frequencies dialog, which it is not at present.

* FDM: Improve "pitch due to flaps" according to [1], figure 62.
* FDM: Remove "delta pitch due to weight difference" and related calculations
because it was duplicating the effect.
* Calculate the current center of gravity in meters and % MAC (/fdm/jsbsim/load).
* Finetune the positions of tanks and ammunition to match [1], table 23.
* Turn tank 0 into the negative-g compartment inside tank 1. Capacity 26l.
* Rename tanks.
