Pup 0.15.2: Stiffen gear and reduce damping

Lessens the tendency to nose over during hard braking and the reduced
damping seems to reduce the tendency to jump around at startup.

Scissors now animate correctly
Main gear rotates around x axis to achieve compression
Adjusted contact points to sit slightly higher on tyres

Temperature gauges for carb, cylinder, exhaust gas and oil
Fuel gauges for two tank configurations (36 gal incomplete)
Updated carb temp simulation (incomplete - for testing)
Electrical supply and filtering for new gauges

Plus some minor changes, e.g. flap limits, saved properties
