Commit [r1605] Maximize Restore History

MiG-15 version 3.1.10: Several fixes regarding guns and ammunition.

* Ammunition weight is now modeled as payload instead of tank[5].
* The weight loss during gun operation now includes shell casings and
ammunition links.
* Ammunition is loaded/unloaded when headsight visibility is toggled while
the aircraft is parked on the ground.
* Fixed a typo in MiG-15bis-submodels.xml.
