Be careful to maintain a safe speed.
* Thrust is now calculated inside Systems/Engine.xml according to the
MiG-15bis manual.
The result is then applied by an external force.
* Tweaked Engines/VK-1.xml to achieve correct idle RPM and max RPM.
* The tweak_for_idle_thrust feature in Nasal/MiG-15bis.nas is now
obsolete.
* Adapted the gear friction to the new RPM/thrust ratio.
