Sim: {Pinto} Added RB-71 Skyflash missile option to stores.
HUD: Fixed that tower should not be shown if out of view.

Sound: Changed some aim-7 sound properties in preparation for different beep at lock.
Sim: Added possibility to take damage from missiles or cannon fired from another MP Viggen.
GUI: Added an option for taking damage when being hit or not. Off per default.
Sim: Slightly formatted the cannon hit message differently.
Effect: Textures used in effects are now longer mipmapped, to help performance.

Aero: Significantly lowered RM71 missile drag.
Sim: Missile bugfix of radian to degree calculation.

Sound: The RB-71 no longer give a growl, but a beep when locked.
Sim: RB-71 now become unguided while the radar does not paint the target. (semi-radar guided instead of heat seeking fire-and-forget)
Sim: The guided missile are now much more accurate, even with low framerate.
Sim: The callsign that is displayed when firing a guided missile will no longer be aircraft type, even if thats whats shown in the HUD.
Sim: Both guided missiles now has a 2 second boost period and start steering immediatly after coming off the pylon.

Lockheed1049h 2.10.5: minor improvements

* Hide the new taxi and landing light spots from the preview in fgrun:
- Models/light_[crl].xml: new, include <nopreview/>.
- Models/Lockheed1049h_Lights.xml: use them.
* Systems/Lockheed1049h-keyboard.xml: when switching views, use
view.indexof() instead of hardcoded view names for future-proofness.

Lockheed1049h 2.10.4: new taxi and landing lights

These new lights replace the lone taxi light cone and actually light
up the runway even without Rembrandt. They are disabled when
Rembrandt is enabled.

* Models/mesh_lights.ac (Cone-texture),
Models/light-cone.eff,
Models/Lockheed1049h_Lights.xml (Cone-texture): delete.

* Dialogs/Lockheed1049h-menu.xml ("hide light cones"),
Nasal/Lockheed1049h.nas (hide-light-cones): delete.
Lockheed1049h-common.xml (hide-light-cones): delete.

* Models/Lockheed1049h_Lights.xml
({Taxi,Left Landing,Right Landing} Light Spot): new.
* Models/light_[clr].ac,
Models/light_spot.png: new; thanks to John Williams for providing them
from his 757-200 model.

Lockheed1049h 2.10.3: minor improvements to autopilot and ground handling

* autopilot: hold indicated altitude, not absolute altitude.
* FDM: increase the static and dynamic friction of the nose gear to
improve steering on the ground.
* FDM: restrict nose gear steering to 58.5 degrees when the pushback
truck is not connected, 70 degrees when connected (in reality it was
possible to disconnect the steering and rotate the nose gear 90
degrees by hand, but the shared model for the pushback truck allows
only a hardcoded 70 degrees).
