Fixed an Eletrical nasal code; fixed the bug of upside down cautions.

MiG-15 version 3.1.3: bug fixes

* Bombable was not really supported from other MP aircraft, now it is.
(an interesting trick was necessary in /nasal/load, the code executed
in remote MP aircraft when they see us).
* This same error broke livery support over multiplayer.
* Correct a typo in the USSR livery file.

The instrument is still on the cockpit but now inoperative.

Lockheed1049h: minor adjustment to interior lighting

Make more objects visible with the chart light (notably the crew door,
radios and some of the engineer panels).
