bf109: various minor bug fixes.
- Dialogs/payload.xml, bf109g-yasim.xml: correct the capacity of the drop tank to 300l,
79.25 US gallons, 475.5 pounds.
- Nasal/bf109.nas: upon startup, reduce the capacity and contents of the drop tank to
zero. This also removes the drop tank from the Fuel & Payload dialog. When the
user equips the drop tank, the capacity and contents are restored.
- bf109g-set.xml: fix the binding of the keyboard shortcut for the fuel selector.
Add another keyboard binding to move the selector backward. Improve help.
- Nasal/damage.nas: disable the Fuel & Payload dialog, Equipment Failures dialog, Systems
Failures dialog and Pilot List only in combat mode.

bf109: control automatic slats with a property rule instead of Nasal.
