CRJ700-Family: Major AP rework including ALT/ALTS mode

AP annunciators
Renamed nav-mode to nav-source.
Unified PI-Controller for HDG/basic and NAV modes.
use of pitch wheel activates PITCH mode unless in VS or GS.
Add speed hold controller.
