* update max weights (crew max 500lbs -> 400lbs)
* adjust default view -y-offset (1.1 -> 1.05)
* add 7 Passengers, show them depending on weight in the payload-dialog
* hide copilot model if crew weight is less than 200lbs
* fixed small bug with cabin seats (Models/cabin.ac)

Citation: in "include" attributes, use relative paths again.

mosquito: hide pilots from preview in fgrun

The <nopreview> XML element works only inside an <animation> which it
itself inside a <PropertyList> that also contains a
<path>file.ac</path>. It does not work inside a <model> element.
