mosquito: hide pilots from preview in fgrun

The <nopreview> XML element works only inside an <animation> which it
itself inside a <PropertyList> that also contains a
<path>file.ac</path>. It does not work inside a <model> element.

Adding the instrument folder for the new Bendix/King KI266 DME
It's just the folder, not used yet

DHC6: Delete the ADF display
It's not needed anymore because it has been replaced by the turn coordinator.
