MiG-15 3.0.9: regression fix: make elevator and rudder move again

The regression was introduced by the new FDM in 3.0.8; the properties
/surface-positions/{elevator,rudder}-pos-norm were fixed at zero, so
the surfaces no longer moved. This change fixes that.

* MiG-15bis.xml (fcs/pitch-trim-sum-clipped-scaled): rename to
fcs/elevator-pos-norm.
(fcs/rudder-trim-sum-scaled): rename to fcs/rudder-pos-norm.
(fcs/rudder-pos-deg_1, fcs/rudder-pos-rad_1): remove "_1" suffix.

MiG-15 3.0.8: new FDM by Andreas Zenner

All changes below are by Andreas Zenner but I moved his comments
from a separate text file into the FDM file.

* MiG-15bis.xml: make the FDM more realistic.
* MiG-15bis-set.xml:
- tweak the view configuration
- add tweak factors and initialization for the new FDM.
* Models/Liveries/CSSR_aerobatic.xml: add documentation.

DHC6: Small update on the fuel truck
Added the option to stop the refuelling/draining process

MiG-15 3.0.7: add documentation and a frequency scale mark on the radio

MiG-15 3.0.6: correct the liveries.
Still to be fixed: the bottom of the fuselage where the guns are located
should re-use HullForeDown.png as texture (regression introduced in 3.0.5).
