MiG-15 3.0.5: livery support, external model improvements and other fixes

External 3D model improvements:

* Models/Instruments/Canopy/MiG-15bis-Canopy.ac: rewrite.
* Models/Instruments/Canopy/MiG-15bis-Canopy.xml: simplify animations.
* Models/Instruments/Canopy/uv_canopy_[01].png: new.
* Models/MiG-15bis.ac: rewrite to remove seams and allow different
textures on either side of ailerons, trimmer, etc.

Livery support:
* Models/Liveries/CSSR_aerobatic/*: new livery from Andreas Zenner.
* Models/Liveries/USSR_211/*: move the old (default) livery here;
update textures to match the new seamless model.
* MiG-15bis-set.xml: add menu item to change liveries.
* Models/MiG-15bis.xml: load livery support when a remote or AI player
appears and flies a MiG-15.
* Nasal/MiG-15bis.nas: initialize livery support on startup.

Additional bug fixes:
* Models/Instruments/Turnometer/MiG-15bis-Turnometer.xml: indicate
rate of turn (yaw), not rate of roll.
* Nasal/bombable.nas: fix a typo.

MiG-15 3.0.4: keyboard shortcuts, airspeed indicator and FDM fixes

Start merging Andreas' changes:

* MiG-15bis-set.xml: toggle engine emergency brake with Ctrl+K
instead of Ctrl+R, in order not to interfere with instant replay.
* MiG-15bis.xml (FDM):
- tweak_for_idle_thrust: new, hack to counter the excessive idle
thrust of the engine.
- gear static and rolling friction: adjust.
- Delta_Lift_due_to_alpha_and_mach: correct the table.
- Delta_Lift_due_to_speedbrake: remove.
- Drag_due_to_gear: add drag due to flaps.
- Side_force_due_to_beta,
Pitch_moment_due_to_alpha_and_elevator: adjust.
* Models/Instruments/Airspeedometer/MiG-15bis-Airspeedometer.ac:
rewrite; replace the small and large needles with IAS_Needle (thick)
and TAS_Needle (thin).
* Models/Instruments/Airspeedometer/MiG-15bis-Airspeedometer.xml:
indicate IAS and TAS with the IAS_Needle and TAS_Needle respectively.

MiG-15: normalize indentation, correct some typos

This is a preliminary step before merging Andreas' extensive
FDM and model changes for version 3.1.

Remove all TAB characters and normalize indentation to two
white space characters.

Citation II: fixed some typos and deactivated flight-recorder.
It caused a segfault on init - will fix it later. For now keep
it runnable!

MiG-15 3.0.2: minor bug fixes and cleanup

* Nasal/bombable.nas (load(), unload()):
do not call cmdarg() from a Nasal file; take a node parameter
instead.
* Models/MiG-15bis.xml: call cmdarg() only from <load></load>
and <unload></unload> scripts embedded in the XML; pass the
node object to load() and unload().
* Models/Submodels/MiG-15bis-submodels.xml: correct the
ballistics of one of the 23-mm cannons.
