Pup 0.7.0: Various FDM improvements

* Regenerate using latest Aeromatic++ and correct moment arms
* Adjust drag for reasonable cruise performance
* Increase pitch damping
* Increase trim range of autopilot
* Refine rear seat / baggage payloads from type certificate
* Adjust start position on runway
