F-14: V1.3: Revised afterburner flames.

- new ALS Flame parameters
- add emissive light sources for left / right afterburner flames under Rembrandt
- fix multiplayer property usage.

Also removed more errant f15 properties that had snuck in.

Correction for the Turn Coordinator.
Sorry, I forgot to do that in the last commit.

DHC6: Some small fixes
- changed texture paths for the turn coordinator and engine covers
- spelling of model path for the fuel truck: .../equipment/... -> .../Equipment/...

MiG-15 version 1.1: reinstate some autopilot modes; add version number

The default autopilot of FlightGear works with the MiG-15bis but only
for heading, pitch and altitude hold. Wing leveler in particular
causes the aircraft to become wild. Enable the following keys:

Ctrl+A: hold current altitude.
Ctrl+H: hold current heading and switch auto-coordination off.
Ctrl+P: hold current pitch.
F11: open the default autopilot dialog; use at your own risk!
