Pup 0.2.0: Expand checklists and update keyboard shortcuts

* Checklists cover all light transitions to aid testing of lights/electrical
* Takeoff throttle now (F)ull throttle to avoid (T)ime warp conflict
* Use standard properties for strobe and landing lights
