CRJ700-family: more MP bug fixes. The cockpit is now visible over MP.

The problem was caused by relative paths of .xml files not starting with
Aircraft/CRJ700-family/.

CitationX: use absolute property paths for /sim/current-view/*, relative paths otherwise.
