2020.3: MD-11: Bugfix NWS

CRJ700-family: more MP bug fixes. The cockpit is now visible over MP.

The problem was caused by relative paths of .xml files not starting with
Aircraft/CRJ700-family/.

CitationX: use absolute property paths for /sim/current-view/*, relative paths otherwise.

Short_Empire: add a new mooring point in the Aleutians, at Nikolski Air Station.

Short_Empire: add menu items to show or hide the on-screen properties.

Short_Empire: add fictional mooring points in the Aleutians and Canadian West Coast.
Also add the Aleutians route, both ways, under Routes. These can be loaded in the
Route Manager.
