Trunk: MD-11: Hydraulics HSC fix

CRJ700-family: assorted bug fixes.

- Make the CRJ900 JSBSim a variant of the 700 again.
- Make (part of) the flight deck visible over multiplayer. Many of the elements remain
invisible; I don't understand why but this is already an improvement over no flightdeck
at all. The bug was the use of a relative property path for /sim/current-view/internal.
- Remove the annoying bright yellow flashing rectangles surrounding the 6 EFIS screens.
The problem was the use of an absolute path for aliased parameters.

Citation II 4.5.0: adjust a few keyboard bindings. Hide humans over multiplayer.

- Do not overwrite the c key (toggle-cockpit). Use t instead.
- Do not overwrite Ctrl+A (altitide hold). Use Ctrl+Z instead.
- I found that the human models are very bad for frame rate. That's
OK as they are optional. What is not OK is that enabling them also
forces all remote players to render them (there's even a boolean
sent over MP for this). Therefore, I hereby disable the human
models on Citation IIs that are not the local aircraft. Maybe in
the future we can find a way for remote FlightGears to accept or
reject the rendering of these human models even if they do not fly
the Citation II.
