F4U: add checklists, allow-toggle-cockpit, add key binding to toggle auto-coordination

This helps beginners take off with this difficult (as in real life)
aircraft.

README: delete the documentation about key bindings, it was redundant
with the one in f4u-set.xml and incorrect.

Initial public version of Malmö Flygindustri MFI-9B aircraft.

- FDM with:
- Basic untuned aerodynamics from DATCOM.
- Basic ground and hydrodynamic reactions.
- No crash detection.
- 3d model with:
- Incomplete exterior, partially textured, with livery support.
- Basic cockpit with partial instrumentation.
- Basic sound configuration.
