MiG-15 bug fix: make it appear in the 3D preview of fgrun

Thanks to Brendan Black for spotting an object 4445 metres away from
the model in Models/Instruments/Gearhandles/MiG-15bis-Gearhandles.ac.
This object, "EG_RBolt.002", is never referenced anywhere in the XML
files, so remove it.

Add a plausibel FDM of a Pterosaur and add the 3d model of Scales from the movie Sintel, The Durian for which we have permission to use it for a GPL project
